About Us
Our History
For more than 25 years, our vision has remained the same: to partner with leaders and see them activated and equipped in the call & purpose of God in their lives. From Beijing youth ministry to pastoring an international church to pastoral care on Zoom, we are currently expanding to include more people. We have been invited to go to more locations to bring encouragement and equipping; and we are also being invited to bring care to more families.
What we do
Go
We go and spend time with leaders face-to-face, sometimes at a conference where a number of them are congregating. We also go and spend time with them in their own leadership space, amongst their teams and their sphere of influence.
Care
We walk with our partners on a monthly or bi-weekly basis (typically via Zoom), checking in, mentoring, and encouraging them. We often say that we care about them as individuals first, then their marriage and family; and if there’s time, we’ll talk about ministry too. But we emphasize them, their marriage, their family.
Train
We believe in emerging leaders. We walk with and train leaders in various stages of their journeys – as they prepare to go, as they grow their organizations, and as they build balance and health in their personal lives and families.
Danny and Jill Coyle
Danny & Jill met as Third Culture Kids in Hong Kong in the 90s. In 2001, they moved to Beijing for work, but also ended up working with youth, orphans, NGOs, & refugees. In 2004, they started an export business that grew to 5 cities. They also started & led a church called NeXt for 10 years. In 2013, they started 3eCoaching, working with Beijingers in familiar transition struggles that they’d also wrestled with: loneliness, cultural barriers, serial moves, marriage crisis, miscarriage, & parenting TCKs.
Their girls have joined them on mission as toddlers in Beijing, as kids in Azerbaijan and South Africa, and now as teens in Thailand and Turkey.
The Coyle family is passionate about seeing people equipped, activated, and sent.
Our Core Values
No Agenda for the people we partner with. We do not have a preferred outcome for our clients or our donors. Our value is to love them without agenda, and without limit or reservation. We come alongside their vision and goals.
Resting is trusting. We believe our good Father has given us and is giving us all we need for every season and circumstance we face. And we can rest in this. Rest, Trust, and sabbatical thinking are foundational components of what we bring.
We believe the best about people. We are committed to remembering together that we are already made new. We also remember who God made us to be. When we remember together, we also build our faith together.
We believe in Emerging Leaders. We encourage leaders’ unique gifts, while also giving of our past experiences, failures, and learnings. We believe in giving generously to the next generation.
My cup overflows. Love flows from God to me, and then to others. I give out of the overflow of His love to me. I cannot give what I have not received. We pray for our partners to receive the overflow.
